Water Cooled Chiller
The shell and tube evaporator and condenser are according to national standard of pressure vessel to be designed and manufactured, and has been inspected by the Quality Supervision Bureau before ex- factory. The shell-and-tube evaporator is made of high-efficiency threaded copper tubes, and the water quality fouling coefficient is fully considered during design phase, and it is equipped with imported expansion valves, solenoid valves, filter dryers and other refrigeration accessories.
1.Control system functions: directly control the set point and current operating parameters; comprehensively monitor the current working conditions, store operating data, and report faults;
2.System display information: pre-start diagnostic detection; fault alarm information; historical fault records; current operating data, parameter setting values, and related information

Protection device
Exhaust check valve: to ensure that the compressor exhaust will not flow back to the compressor when it is stopped;
Lack of reverse phase protection: prevent the compressor from running in reverse;
High-efficiency oil separator: protects the compressor's lubrication system and oil supply system to be normal;
Oil heater: heat the lubricating oil in the oil tank when the compressor stops, to avoid lubricating oil foaming when starting;
Heat protection: when the compressor temperature is higher than the normal value, the compressor will be switched on;
Exhaust temperature protection against heat: avoid the compressor's exhaust temperature from being too high;
Safety valve: This valve is installed on the condenser. When the exhaust pressure or condensing pressure is higher than the valve's preset value, the safety valve opens and discharges a part of the refrigerant to prevent abnormal conditions in the system;
High and low pressure switch: use professional pressure sensor to control the high and low pressure of the system, with high control precision and safer system;
Antifreeze switch: prevent the freezing water at the water outlet of the evaporator from freezing;
Over-cut protection: When the current of the external power supply fluctuates or the current in the circuit exceeds the set value, the thermal relay is disconnected to stop the compressor.
Parameter password protection: to ensure the safety of the operating parameters of the unit.
