Guangxi Medical University is located in Nanning, the capital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, known as the ‘Green City’. It is a member of ‘National Basic Ability Construction Project of Western and Central China’ and ‘Physician education and training program of excellence’. It is also one of the earliest medical schools in China, one of the first 30 universities approved by the Ministry of Education to enroll international students in undergraduate clinical medicine (English-taught) and one of the first 8 medical schools in China to enroll foreign, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan students.
