1.The "heart" of the unit is an imported twin-screw compressor. Compared with the traditional reciprocating compressor, it has characteristics of high efficiency, quiet operation, user friendly and long life.
2.The use of microcomputer controller and PID logic control makes the temperature control more precise; programmed logic can effectively adjust the energy of the unit to ensure the best operating load and reduce operating costs. Light touch button operation, LCD backlight, Chinese or English display can be selected; plus a menu-style interface display, the operation is more convenient and easy to be used.
3.Protective device: exhaust non-return valve,three phase protection, high-efficiency oil separator, oil heater, exhaust temperature overheat protection, safety valve, high and low pressure switch, antifreeze switch, overload protection, parameter password authority protection.

The shell and tube evaporator is designed and manufactured according to the national pressure vessel standard GB150/GB151, and has been inspected by the Quality Supervision Bureau before leaving the factory. The shell-and-tube evaporator is made of high-efficiency threaded heat exchange copper pipes, and the water pollution coefficient is fully considered in the design. It is equipped with imported famous brand expansion valves, solenoid valves, filter dryers and other refrigeration accessories, and the performance of the whole machine is excellent.
The condenser of the air-cooled chiller adopts a finned coil with copper tubes and aluminum fins. Seamless copper pipes are mechanically connected to corrugated aluminum sheets, and the copper pipes are arranged in a staggered manner to make it have high heat transfer performance. Low air flow resistance and good corrosion resistance, so as to ensure that the coil has a high heat transfer coefficient and a long life.

Control system functions: directly control set points and real-time operating parameters, comprehensively monitor current working conditions, store operating data, and reflect alarm failures.
System display information: pre-start diagnostic detection, fault alarm information, historical fault records, current operating data, parameter setting values, and related information.
Extended functions can be added: it can realize centralized monitoring between multiple units, or joint control of several units, or connect the units to the CCMS system, etc. According to actual needs, customers can add extended functions on the basis of standard configuration, and add different communication cards to realize different communication functions and communicate with CCMS, BAS, etc.
Exhaust check valve: to ensure that the compressor exhaust will not flow back to the compressor when it is stopped.
Lack of reverse phase protection: prevent the compressor from running in reverse.
High-efficiency oil separator: protects the compressor's slippery system and oil supply system to be normal.
Oil heater: When the compressor stops, it heats the lubricating oil in the oil tank to avoid foaming of the lubricating oil when starting.
Overheating protection: When the compressor temperature is higher than the normal value, the compressor will be switched on.
Exhaust temperature overheating protection: avoid the compressor's exhaust temperature from being too high.
Safety valve: This valve is installed on the condenser. When the discharge pressure or condensing pressure is higher than the valve's preset value, the safety valve opens and discharges a part of the refrigerant to prevent abnormal conditions in the system.
High and low pressure switch: use professional pressure sensor to control the high and low pressure of the system, with high control precision and safer system
Antifreeze switch: Prevent the freezing water at the water outlet of the evaporator from freezing.
Overload protection: When the current of the external power supply fluctuates or the current in the circuit exceeds the set value, the thermal relay will be disconnected to stop the compressor.
